Rv Parking During And After The Game

Hello all,
A group of us are driving an RV down from Toronto, Canada to watch the Browns at home againts the Chiefs. We are really looking forward to tailgating. The Problem is that we cant find any info on the rules for parking. Are there any lots that allow you to stay after the game? even over night? All of us would like to drink our share of beers and not have to worry about driving an RV after the game.
Dock 20? The parking over West 6th & St Clair?
I was looking in to these 2 spots. would anyone have any input?
