Here are some current rumblings about moves by the teams in the AFCN:
Steelers are talking to RB Ahmad Bradshaw
Both Steelers and Ravens and others are interested in DE Elvis Dumerville
The Steelers may lose RFA Emmanuelle Sanders to the Patriots.
Ravens are talking to OLB James Harrison
Steelers are talking to OLB Victor Butler
Browns are talking to QB Jason Campbell
Browns are meeting with CB Brent Grimes
The Bengals apparently are not talking to anyone.

On another note, according to some rankings the #1 OLB available in FA was Paul Kruger; the #1 Defensive Tackle available in FA was Desmond Bryant (before Dumerville became available), and the #1 CB available in FA is Brent Grimes.
If the Browns could secure Grimes, it is possible that the Browns could be said to have picked up the very best FAs at 3 different positions.
