McDonald was picked up by the Rams but I agree whichever FS they have rated highest.

I've had the opportunity to see both Rambo and Evans play in person and have seen most of their games on TV this past year and both are good players, although Rambo is a real stud player, but has maturity issues. With proper direction, Rambo, who oozes athletic ability on the field when you watch him play in person, has the most upside.
There are some very good safeties still on the board and Browns should take at least one of them! I hope they wait till round 5 to consider a QB like Matt Scott. Jaworski is very high on Zac Dysart.
Browns still could use a guard and TE, but I think the real talent is largely gone at those positions. TE is going to be a glaring hole for the Browns this year.

Earl Wolff had the best broad jump (11'2''), second-best 40-yard dash (4.44), and fourth-best vertical jump (39.0) among all safeties.
I've been calling his name for the last 4 month's and I aint stopping today.

Dumb trade. Plenty of quality FS's on the board plus some fine DBs. Browns have no quality depth at the second CB position and at FS. This is a disaster in the making again.
And trading with your hated rival which allows them to add a top drawer strong safety? Wow. I guess it's the water system that feeds the headquarters building in Berea that has contributed to all these bizarre and disastrous moves over the years.
