    are you gay for Gomer?

I met him at the Indy 500 about ten years ago. He is a regular ho-moaner

I think this became pretty obvious by now, but it's been confirmed by Chud that Weeden will start week 1.

Gomer is gay....and Gomer may have been gay for Goober....and Goober may have been gay for Gomer. But Gipper is not gay for Gomer or Goober, but Gomer and Goober may be gay for Gipper. Gipper gets that a lot. In fact, I believe I may be getting that now....from you. Thus, you may need your own special name....like "Gobbler".

I see Vick was named starter in Philadelphia today ... the day is just full of surprises.

Were there any real QB battles this year?

Maybe Buffalo Kolb v Manuel and NY Sanchez v Smith ... any others?

I think Manuel has impressed in Buffalo and was poised to take the job, but got injured. Geno has been banged up too, but i think he gets to start the next game.

I don't have to worry about that. GQ is a magazine for women to objectify men. I prefer the opposite. Objectification of women is what I like to read

Other Browns starters in question also revealed

    Extra Points …

Starters revealed: Browns coach Rob Chudzinski not only named Brandon Weeden his starting quarterback on Tuesday, he indirectly made official most of the other starters on his team.

Chudzinski said the players who start the third preseason game in Indianapolis on Saturday are the expected starters for, at least, the season opener Sept. 8 against Miami “with the exception of right guard, (right) corner and the kicker and punter positions.”

Based on those comments and the most recent team depth chart released for the Colts game, we can make these assumptions:

    * Chris Ogbonnaya is the fullback.

    * Tashaun Gipson is the free safety.

Although Josh Gordon is listed as a starting wide receiver, he is suspended for the first two regular games. His replacement may be revealed in Indianapolis. It should be Travis Benjamin, based on practice reps.

As for the positions still up for grabs, Buster Skrine and Chris Owens are listed at co-starters at right corner, Shayne Graham and Brandon Bogotay are the same at kicker and T.J. Conley and Spencer Lanning ditto at punter. The right guard position is between Garrett Gilkey, newly acquired John Moffitt and Oniel Cousins, Chudzinski said.

Mingo update: Nobody seems overly concerned with the fact that Barkevious Mingo’s mysterious bruised lung injury can not be pinpointed to any traumatic hit on the field.

“It is really irrelevant at this point of when it happened,” Chudzinski said. “There is still uncertainty on that. We are just waiting (for him to return). Everybody’s body heals differently and at a different rate. It is just what we are waiting on to see.”

Chudzinski had no update on results of medical tests on Mingo. Mingo watched Tuesday’s practice from the sideline.

Off guard: Shawn Lauvao is still using a crutch to support his left leg in a walking boot. He suffered a high ankle sprain on Aug. 5, and also had surgery to clean out some “loose bodies.” Lauvao said he had the surgery 10 days ago and is taking his recovery “day by day.” … Jason Pinkston also is wearing a walking boot on his right leg after suffering his high ankle sprain in the Detroit game on Aug. 15.

Oh, Rooster Dick, you bundle of cheer.

I see Colt McCoy has sucked in both of his appearances and Harbaugh has opened up the backup job to a three man race these last two games.

He may be back in Texas opening a new cr wash before we thought.
