    This team has no leadership from within. None on offense. None on defense.

    That has to be the new QB, whether drafted or through free agency for the

    offense and probably a free agent on defense if there is one out there that's

    Willing to play here. If all of next years draft picks have to rely on the veterans

    we have here, it will be the same old same old.

    they have no leadership from the top down AND i'm talking owner, FO and coaching staff. we looked better 4 years ago than we do now. holmgren ruined this team for a decade to come. this coaching staff fucking sucks.

    meanwhile you watch a team like NE. coaching staff stellar. everyone hurt and out for the year but belichick adjusts to the players that he has. no more gronk or hernandez? fuck it. we'll build around our small wide receivers. hey you know why? cuz i'm willing to adapt. so we can't run and our team is busted up but i'm the best coach in the NFL and have a pretty decent QB so drop at my knees cuz i'm the king of the world!!!!
