I like either manziel or bridgewater in that order respectively..

But i have no confidence in this regimes ability to draft or hire well with its kneejerk ways...

draftniks already have us picking manziel. wouldn't hat it, wouldn't love it.

i say trade down get another pick in the 2nd round and grab best LB, CB or WR. then grab QB with second 1st round pick.

I wouldn't mind drafting down if we can still get the QB we want as well as picking up an extra second rounder. Maybe someone like the Giants wants to get a LT, we get their 11th and second rounder (or next year's first, maybe).

Shouldn't we get the 3rd pick, Jacksonville beat us. Just asking here, don't piss your pants.

Strength of schedule is the first tiebreaker.

Reports are that Lombardi loves him......and we know what kind of QB talent evaluator Lombardi is: Eric Zeier, Jamarcus Russell, etc.

If Clowney is there and we don't draft him with our first and a QB with our second first, it will be a huge mistake IMO. But then again what do I know

In all fairness JaMarcus Russell and every Raider was an Al Davis pick.

    Texans are gonna take Clowney

I'm not looking forward to this draft. If it isn't good, we're doomed forever.

I guess it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that they could take a punter in the first round. They already fired their head coach when he had absolutely no chance of success.

How can you say he had no chance for success? The team was tied or in the lead at half time 10 times this season and only won 4 games. Even 3-3 in the 6 losses when we were in that situation makes it a respectable 7-9 season and we aren't having discussions about who the new coach is going to be today.

so its hortons fault too? he is as responsible for the otherside of the ball during game time moreso than chud. They couldnt finish on the D side of the ball especially on 3rd down.

what about the dropped passes? This has been a problem for years now. Didnt just start all of the sudden.

Was it chuds fault that Bess quit the team to go find himself?

We are all guilty of overvalueing our personel, myself included, I even argued during the season that this team is way more than a Qb away from contention when some where ready to go "all in" on a qb in this yeras draft.

The FO picked who they thought was the best man the main problem was jizz lips Lombardi (wasnt) the Gm when chud was hired.

We should seriously think about trading up, the Rams have already stated they are willing to listen to offers.

Mark I am curious as to whether you blame the defense or offense more in those 6 losses?
