New DC to make Mingo better?

[LBC mike]

Here are his rookie stats compared to other LB's that are studs now. He is on par to be a good one. Our D scheme this past year was not what we all anticipated or hoped for.

He definitely has a lot of raw ability so hopefully it comes out in the next few seasons. Obviously it's a different position, but Jordan Cameron came with all the raw ability and we finally saw him come into his own this season so we can hope for the same from Mingo.

who's our new DC?

[LBC mike]

One who takes our D and makes them better hopefully? Swartz.

i like schwartz. just too undisciplined a team under him as HC.

Where does Kameron Wimbley fit into that graph?

[LBC mike]

who? lol.

[Clevfan4life]

if we move to a 4-3 he's going to have to compete for a 4-3 olb spot because he will not be the 4-3 DE unless he injects himself daily with cattle steroids till next years camp. I think he could potentially be a very good 4-3 outside backer but those are now different responsibilities than a 3-4 rush OLb...so who knows.

[gftChris]

He played 4-3 DE in college so has experience now in whichever scheme the new guy brings. I wouldn't mind seeing him as an ILB even.

[bbedward]

He'll probably bulk up this year, not too worried about them finding PT for him.

[nickers]

Schwartz is a dickhead...no schartz.
