Either click on the quote button in the post,
Surround the text you want to be quoted with [ quote ] [ /quote ]
Or
Click on the quote icon in your reply which will produce a quote box for you.

Yeah, you should be able to see a quote button if you're responding to another poster, or a multi-quote to respond to several posters. That's at the bottom of their posts. If you're trying to quote tables, like above you're probably out of luck, unless Zombo or Mark know a trick that I don't. The board doesn't format tables to my knowledge. It's isn't like Word, where you can cut & paste and keep the source formatting.
