Gordon may sue
-
Doesn't really matter. Just don't f'n be around it and you wont register at all. He did not have enough sense to either 1. not use or 2. don't be around those who do.
Does matter... Pretty sure that league policy is don't use, not "don't be around those who do".

Has is it not been mentioned in the past that NFL never intended discipline for second hand smoke? I saw it mentioned in a few articles in relation to Josh Gordon's case, but I've never seen a statement from the NFL to that effect.

Would the timeframe play into this verdict? For instance if I smoked a bowl on Wednesday and get tested on Saturday. Are the levels significantly decreased by then? Or would it be higher if I smoked on Wednesday and was tested on Thursday morning? That might possibly be the reason they didn't buy the second hand excuse

As I understand it, if you're tested within a week, your levels are pretty high - >100ppbn. You get to the JG levels after a month of not smoking. Given that he's been tested fairly regularly - fortnightly? - you'd expect it to be picked up sooner and at a higher rate.

Unlike alcohol then? My theory about a DUI test is to waste as much time as you can. Refuse to take a breathalyzer but tell them you're happy to take a blood test. Then by the time they dicked around and get you to the hospital refuse the blood tests from anyone other than an MD

The NFL is HATING HARDCORE on Josh Gordon. There is a reason there are two samples and clearly the NFL has no need, or rather- no use for protocol or the rules.
This should be a clear-cut case-closed situation. This happened before and the ruling was overturned in Josh's favor, since sample B showed that sample A was in error.
I've already determined that the Arbiter obviously is a slimy Steeler or Ravens fan, if not publicly then secretly. Rodger Goodell is a coward and a fraud to let this happen. Fuck them, if it weren't for the Browns; the NFL could go FUCK THEMSELVES.

PG, I know your stance on weed, and you're entitled to it. It's now legal in two NFL cities Denver and Seattle. So is a year suspension harsh? Sure. The NFL did go hardcore on Josh- but like they say "it's not over until it's over." It's not over- not yet.

nobody wants gordon to play more than me. did the ruling suck ass considering the aldon smith (repeat offender with much more serious charges) and the irsay ruling (whatever happening to the charge of cocaine possession btw...?) BUT josh did this to himself. even though i believe the last test that was fucked up after 3 pops already you're lucky they didn't do a death penalty ruling on the kid.
stay clean, sell cars and hire cris carter to be your mentor and trainer while doing so.
