The offense came out fast and ran ALL over the stoolers, even without Tate. The defense came out and forced 3 and outs and got all over the rapist.

I was disgusted with the 1st half, but this coach got them to play GREAT in the second half. That right there is a good sign. I hope!

Let's just play that way for entire game.

I can't believe people were calling for manziel at half time. I thought we'd at least make it to week 3 before that happened. Even after a hoyer touchdown, they pan the cameras to manziel on the sidelines.

We obviously do have the talent.

Hoyer was 4-11 for 57 yards in the 1st half. I CAN believe it

Understand, but QB was obviously not the problem in the first half.

In the second half they made the switch to run up tempo pistol offense. We started running and only went to the pass off of play action. Steelers couldn't sub and young fresh RBs and our small fast WRs found plenty of tired Steelers players to run around and found space.

On D the Dline just played tough in the 2nd half, put pressure on and started tackling instead of letting Big Ben slip through like he was made of butter.

All of that combined with the fact the Steelers just played their asses off in the 1st half and weren't as hot in the 2nd and you got a great comeback.

Just wish we could've finished it off, last two series playcalling leaves a lot to be desired. Feels like we made the comeback with a certain type of play calling and when it was time to win....switched out of that style of play calls.

If we can just get to the soft middle of the schedule without dropping too many games, certainly can see some bright days ahead.

It's going to be tough to beat NO. They lost today and sure don't want to go 0-2. And If the rapist can throw for 365 just think what Brees can do.

And the Ravens will have 10 days off and the wife beater back. Plus if they lose Thursday they will be 0-2

That's the best half most dominant half of football I've seen from a team in a long long time. We can win 10 matches this year like that

I'm gonna temper my enthusiasm for happy and excited for the year.....this team was getting punked the 1st half by the steelers and I'm not talking about the score. Physically we were getting punched in the mouth and did nothing about it. I'll reserve my enthusiasm until I see the team start getting mean from the opening drive. Did we start balling in the 2nd half or did the old ass steelers start coasting thinking the game was in the bag? We'll see.

I think there's little doubt that it was a combination of the Steelers believing they had the game won and that we were the same old Browns, and Pettine and Company convincing the team we were not.

Agree... good analysis... In the second half we attacked whether we had the ball or not. Then late... we backed off a notch...

I'd only add that we had some success in our first, first-half series running and play-actioning. Only the hurry-up was missing from that drive. But we never got it going again that half...

oth, Tom Brady and the Patriots weren't ready for primetime either, and

they SUCKED the second half of their game.

It's the first game. Things just started clicking for them the second half.
