  • i tell u what, farmer is someone i don't think i'll ever quite figure out. i know he's a former DB/S but why bring in another DB to a team where that might be their deepest position?

    maybe he's gilbert's replacement? lol.

    i've got a feeling this guy (farmer) is going to surprise the F out of me in the draft.

    Sorry, no, I disagree. What did getting this guy cost us? Nothing? A little bit of money? You get decent players where you can get them.

    The last guy I know that came to the NFL via Northern Iowa and the Arena League was just one of the 15 Finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

    Guy named Kurt Warner.

    So, maybe this guy is the Kurt Warner of DBs.

    No they don't. They have 4 quality CB's and will probably pick up another one or two during the off-season. Skrine was a quality player but was consistently flagged for interference. I do believe that one of our 2014 draft picks or UDFA's can replace him.
