Freakin seriously? They don't pay taxes, so they get three years of refunds?
Why not just give them 60,000 bucks a year, free everything, and twenty votes apiece
in presidential elections?

Try to get on of the 'Big 3" Networks to do a story on this, Cal.
On a (slightly) different note, my son did his second semester last year as an Intern for John Larson, 'our' U. S. Rep.
Jack gave tours, did some research, delivered mail, newspapers, etc.
He told me 5 Washing Times were delivered every day and he was instructed to throw them in the trash every day.
