Yes, but that will happen easily. They won't even need to sign another mid-to-large free agent to do so.

"If the Browns' goal was to reach $89 million each season between 2015-2016, then they would need to spend at least $29.922 million more after this Tuesday (for the 2015 league year), and then $58.405 million more for the 2016 league year. Because they are currently at 99.93%, though, they have room to spare, and over the next two league years, they only need to spend $60.343 million more to be compliant with the 89% rule. That will happen without them even trying, accounting for things like free agents, the draft, extensions, etc."

The Gipper

As of noon today 3/11 only Revis off the Top Ten list for original post....which is updated.

#3 should go to Green Bay so the headline could read Terry Knighton and the Packers.

Actually, I'd like to see the Browns land Knighton.

Local boy from Windsor, CT.

Beef up the DL.

Ryan Matthews to Eagles $11m 5m Guaranteed

The Gipper

FYI, Terry Knight and the Pack morphed into a band known as Grand Funk Railroad.

(I generally had a preference for The Pack's music than their successor)

Not sure why the video is not taking

Mudfly

Browns talking to Parrish Cox -CB......who would be a nice upgrade over Skrine......

The Gipper

No movement on the Top Ten available overnight.

There were about 3-4 hours of tremendous flurry this FA season....but it slowed down quickly.

Mudfly

As it does every year.....

And after the flurry, 90% of the players are still available and there are 6 weeks left to sign them.....

So, the whining & crying commenced way way too early.......(in fact, it started even before the actual FA period started)...

The Gipper

DeMarco Murray goes to Eagles per ESPN

Terence Knighton, Top truly FA available now.
