Shane Ray arrested for DUI and Marijuana possession.

Who's Shane Ray?
-
where's he from, baltimore?
stooooopid.
-
Probably will be available at 19 now. I would take it.
-
can someone please tout a guy that hasn't been busted for weed, crack, dui......
i mean WTF? if they can't wait a flippin month, a week or 3 days to get flipped out of your mind when you finally get drafted then how can they do it during a 16 game schedule or a 6 month off season schedule?
-
If you suspended all the guys who smoked weed, no feanchise would be able to field a full team.
-
Further, who said he wasn't saving it? He got busted for possession, that's it. No DUI, either. Just failure to drive in the right lane.
This is a non-story.

This is a huge story,
1. His injury could cause him to fall out of the first round
2. Did we not learn anything from the likes of Justin Blackmon/Josh Gordon?
3. Can we afford to draft this guy in the first round?
-
How much money do you think he will lose by getting caught with that pot pre draft? You know it will move him later into the first.
-
character is becoming more of an issue everyday in the nfl.
sure GMs would love to draft a guy with that talent but if they can't play then why draft them?
i'm sure we could come up with a list real quick of GMs that wished they hadn't taken a chance and are now polishing golf shoes at wykagil.
-
He was my favorite pass rusher in the draft? Now... no thank you.
-
Shane..."Hey Roger, thanks for invitin' me to the big party this Thursday. I been gettin' ready for it dude!"
Roger..."No problem buddy. You'll soon have your picture on a box of Weedies!"
IDIOT!

these young kids can't handle the potency of the high grade cannabis sativa.
how many breaks can you give the young prospect?
does a bad decision regarding drugs/alcohol made at a young age suggest that the prospect will forever be fighting the abuse demons?
josh Hamilton seemed to have beaten his habit only to endure the very public admission of several recent "relapses".
obviously the angels feel that his flame had burned out while they send him back to texas and eat tens of millions of dollars of his contract.
it seems to me that those in the position of evaluating professional athlete prospects are leaning towards the policy of "once a user, always a user".
if I were in their position, and basing my decision solely from a cost/benefit analysis, i would have to agree
-
You agree, and so does AA. You can be sober 50 years and you still start a meeting with "I'm ____, and I'm an alcoholic."
-
I can see it now: 12: Randy Gregory 19: Shane Ray 43: Dorial Green-beckham. Get willie Nelson and snoop dogg to sing the national anthem at the home opener and all is well.
-
And I just took Ray at 12 in my latest FirstPick sim...
Plus Bill Polian dumps on Shelton for being too slow...
Plus some Celtic dipshit pulls Kevin Love's shoulder out of its socket...
Aw fuck it...
Too slow? He's 340. I haven't seen any guys that big with his pass rushing ability or motor. And I just took Ray at 12 in my latest FirstPick sim...

Someone give Polian Shelton's stats on snaps played. You see that and you give him a pass for being slow (which he's not, anyway).

Is Ray Rice still an UFA ?
