They will get sued. It said in there that a handgun ban there was illegal and thus overturned. It will take one person suing and saying this is a clear infringement on their 2nd Amendment rights and it will get tossed. The politicians who pull this garbage should be tossed out. They know damn well this is not legal and is only grandstanding.

That would hurt minorities. As soon as a minority points that out loudly and accuses someone of racism it'll blow away quickly.
