Westlake Teachers vote to strike.

Look for this to get ugly as the teachers are already the 6th highest paid district in the state.
Average salary is apprx 74k plus benefits.
Replace them all. Pathetic. Try funding the schools in a legal fashion and you wont get this type of backlash from a community that has voted down the last 3 levys.

Fire them all and hire replacements. Teachers should be forbidden to strike just like police, fire, etc.

I really hope the Westlake BOE holds their ground on this. And higher pay does not equal smarter kids.

That's correct. I doubt the teachers in India or South Korea are getting paid like kings.
