All of these kids that are having to step in and play right now will be better because of it. While it may be frustrating now, hopefully they get better week by week and then we'll be better because of them.
Gilbert was never going to be on this team in the future and they got a lil' something for him, plus his young replacement (that will be on the team in the future) will get live action experience.

Ridiculous how bad we draft. We had mack and watkins on the board, one of em was a plug and play fit into our defensive scheme and regarded as possibly a better pick than clowney....which he has been. Why do you trade back and take a db no ones heard of?

The night of the draft I was bitching about passing on Khalil Mack, every wide receiver, Derek Carr or Garapolo! This year's draft wasn't any better! They passed on top ten talent and ended up with Coleman! Coleman? Are you kidding me? We could have drafted Zeke Elliot, Noah Spence and Dak Prescott! All three would be starters and our team would be infinitely better than what we got!

For my money this has been the real problem since 99. The FO has been horrible since day 1. If you were trying to fuck drafts up you couldn't do much worse than the Browns the last 17 years.
