      I know nothing about ATI outside of the fact that they produce dog turd firearms. Their lowers might be kosher but I don't know if I would want to be the guinea pig on that.

      And yes the lower has the serial number.

              PSA (Palmetto State Armory) has deals on stripped lowers on sale pretty often. They are a great value and built on proper specs.
