Holy Shit: Williams presser
-
We may have to accept that after the year is over the players we have may not be able to handle what he expects of them.
-
Dude did not sound like a coffee fetch

This is the kind of tough talking, no-nonsense, approach that many fans wanted. We've all heard the talk before. We want action and results now. Nail the draft, sign Collins, and make some progress.

Country club what is the Browns locker room is gonna change
-
Williams comes off like an intense guy. I really like it.

Only problem is if the winning doesn't come how long the act will be tolerated. Coach Williams is intense, but sometimes he needs to dial the Rah Rah down a notch.

Nah, just ask Antenears like War alluded to. All it takes for a team to play well is kicking a trash can over and going insane and guys will play well!
Do like the intensity though, but yeah sometimes it needs to come down a few clicks.

He basically told Tony to shut the fuck up and it was wonderful.
I'm awesome, and I fuck dolphins. Ghoolie 12/2/2012: I have absolutely no skills, training or pride -
This guy is going to bring back the Dawgpound.
Not the manufactured Dawgpound that the marketing department shoves down our throats, but the real one where the defense fed off the fans and the fans fed off the defense.
It's going to be fun.
P.S No accident that his Super Bowl ring clicks of his wedding ring when he clasps his hands. Dude has attitude ... and he seems as prepared as any coach in the league.

Reminds me of Dennis Leary in Draft Day, showing off that big fucking ring every chance he got.

He pretty much told Gross's " I know who the fuck your are and I won't take your shit!" Lol. http://www.clevelandbrowns.com/media-center/videos/Gregg-Williams-introductory-press-conference/1470f2bb-fc21-4c05-a3d4-29148aab0069

If he gets this defense to perform then nobody will give him any shit. If it continues to play the way it has lately, everybody will be giving him shit.
Bloviate all you want: do the job.

I think the opposite. The rest of the staff need to dial it up to his level. They should be intense. It's a violent intense sport full of hormone overflow athletes, it needs coached accordingly.Only problem is if the winning doesn't come how long the act will be tolerated. Coach Williams is intense, but sometimes he needs to dial the Rah Rah down a notch.

But will he kick a trash can?
Everyone, post the most terrifying thing you have ever witnessed a coach do.
Half time against perennial Ohio football powerhouse Marion Local (getting our asses kicked), our coach came into the locker rook and hammer tossed a 6 pack of full water bottles (weight about 10-15 pounds) against a locker. I hit right above a players head (no helmet), and it caved in the top section of the lockers door (at ML). Went back two years later, and locker was still fucked.
Ruining threads since 1897.
