Franchise Tag

[The Gipper]

A team has a two week window starting on Wednesday of next week: Feb 15, and going until March 1st. After March 1, not tag can be applied to a player.

Questions:

1. Is there really someone on the Browns that will be a FA that will deserve the Franchise Tag.

2. What FAs out there on other teams are likely be be hit with the Franchise Tag, thus taking them off the market for the Browns?
