Double Tax? closing so called Tax Loopholes?

On monday Obama and his great plan to start taxing american owned companies on their sales from mfg or service outside of the states. Many of these countries already have high taxes on these companies who are conducting business there. Since I live in NC and want to purchase something out of state say Ohio via auction or some other means, I dont pay sales taxes in NC for a out of state purchase. Some states want to charge income tax those who work in other states. That is a double tax, especially when they are paying taxes in the state they are working in.
Then we have this that needs to be explained by all of those self serving democrats, how many of the Obama appointees have tax problems, mostly from refusing to pay their taxes. Ask yourself, What would happen if you or I refused to pay?

We have a Nation that is struggling with its finances, We have Obama and the democrats spending money we dont have, as China cuts up the United States credit card. (China says no more credit). We have Massive unemployment and just so we can spend all of this money that has been promised and turned into law by Obama and the democrats (stimulus & bailouts) to go to special intrest groups (example: Piglosi's swamp frogs 30 million). And what is the first thing Obama turns to? The old socialist trick of creating class envy, by calling overseas business a tax loophole. When businesses need to pump up sales to get Americans back to work they get stabbed in the back and shackled with more taxes and regulations. (carbon tax on energy).
For a man who is supposed to be so smart (Obama) the only thing he is doing is making the cost of conducting business more expensive. The end result will only be pushed back onto the consumer in the cost of goods and services.

As Chrysler and GM move closer into Bankruptcy and both are trying to avoid a Federal take over like what happened to the banks. Would you say all of this is trying to stop Chrysler and GM from moving all of their assets overseas?
When will the fascist take overs stop? atleast Ford knew what was going to happen and opted out of taking Fed money.
