Fold for Darnold?

LondonBrown

I'm joking of course...

Apparently all the rage during chat at the combine

Tour2ma

Isn't "the next guy" always the rage?

The Gipper

Matt Leinert/Matt Barkley Jr?

Or more Carson Palmer?

wargograw

Stop that.

DKAllDay

Well we have the draft capital to build around the QB this year, stick with Kessler this year, and next year trade up to #1 for this guy... IF he ends up being the real deal next year at USC

Mark O

Well...it was quite the performance at the Rose Bowl this year.

jrb12711

he would the the lock #1 pick if he was in this draft that's for sure.

Then we have our benchmark.

The questions then are who in the 2017 Draft queues up behind him and how closely do they approach his level?

Tbh, heard this about Watson last year...circular trap of football eval...

However...PSU fan...Rose bowl...

Kid looks like he can play. Never seen him before that game, but ice runs through those veins. Would he be a luck type prospect? Numbers say it's be tough. But kid can sling the rock.

Rosen...But eh...Anyone consider trubiski when looking ahead to 2017 last year?

ballpeen

You assume he decides to come out next year. I am not so sure he will.

LondonBrown

I've seen numerous Andrew Luck comparisons on him now...

Well, I have to speculate if he is even the best QB in LA. After all, we have heard now for several years where Josh Rosen will be the Jewish Messiah at QB.

Mudfly

Yep....only saw the one game and he looked pretty flipping goodly....
