1999 2 or 3 out of 5 (3 if you count Couch)..McCown/Smith
2000 only 1 QB taken....Pennington
2001 only 1 QB taken...Vick
2002 3 out of 3 were busts ...Ramsay/Harrington/Carr
2003 2 or 3 out of 4. Grossman/Boller/Leftwich
2004 1 out of 4 . JP Losman
2005 1 out of 3 maybe...if you think of Jason Campbell as a bust
2006 2 out of 3 Young/Leinert (and the third is Cutler)
2007 2 out of 2 Russell/Quinn
2008 0 out of 2 (Flacco/Matt Ryan)
2009 2 out of 3 Sanchez? Freeman
2010 1 out of 2 Tebow...and it depends on what you feel about Sam Bradford
2011 3 out of 4 Ponder/Gabbert/Locker
2012 2 out of 4 Griffin and Weeden
2013 Only 1 QB taken ...and he can be considered a bust: EJ Manual
2014 A bit early perhaps...one bust for sure: JFF....and Bortles and Bridgewater

Looks like an over 50% bust factor to me. For what its worth.

Why is that? Rg3 has better career stats. If we are counting him as a bust then shouldn't luck be one too? Or are we just going off of who is still on a roster.

I didn't say Vick was a bust. I only said that he was the only first round QB taken that year. I also didn't say Pennington was a bust.
