If he made the catch, Kizer would have thrown a pick or something else would have happened... The Browns always find a way...

Still, Coleman should swim in the lake with Hue.

They need to these players not the coaches. These players are clowns. You cant coach this up

These players can be coached up.

The decision to have Crowell on the field for so many plays, as he has become a waste of skin, is on the HC- not on the other 10 offensive guys. The decision to have Gregg Williams as your DC (another waste of skin) is on the HC, not on a roster that really needs leadership.

Does this team need better players?  Yes.  Are these current players talented enough to win more than 0 games with competent coaches?  Absolutely.

On a team that leads the bfl in turnovers, gregg williams is the problem? The guy thats cobbled together the only reasonably competetive side of the ball? Pls understand that no part of this team is fully nfl caliber, but the def one can at least say has potential. Oh right hi ghoolie

  • Is "The Drop" a Cleveland sports nightmare yet?  If not it is now. Sorry CC, shouldn't have worried about the hit coming.

I can agree on Crowell. I think you are WAY off base on Williams. I agree Hue has made some questionable decisions on gamedays and needs an OC badly. Having said that there comes a point where players have to execute. Ours don't.

my favorite in recent memory is the kick 6 against the Baltimore Ravens.  It doesn't get any more Brownsy than that

I told you Corey Colesore was a wasted pick. The drop was NOT meaningless. It is indicative of what he will do under pressure when t DOES count. He will break our backs. CUT THIS TURD.

  • OrionO Orion wrote on last edited by

He was non-existent for the vast majority of the game.  (of course, I can't SEE much on internet radio)

...and we cannot just CUT him.  Until we're sure we have better.   (don't be so knee-jerk with your reactions)

No, you can't cut Coleman.  He's a decent rotation reciever.  Nothing more, nothing less.  If he gets enough snaps and targets from a competent qb he could even have

a 1000 yard season.  But he's not a top half of the first round pick at wr.  that was a ridiculously horrid selection.

There were  lot of bad overvalued WRs in last year's draft.  He was the first of those taken.

As for the drop, I can't imagine a more apt end to that abominable season.

michael thomas worked out pretty well.  I still think fuller has shown flashes at times and if he gets healthy he has some upside.

Yup... just a a period at the end of season-long sentence.

Not worthy of inclusion with the other "great" THEs in our star-crossed history.

Otto Graham is still  The Best

Jim Brown is still... The Best

Drops, fumbles or an interception still can't compare to how great and how many great plays the Browns have made.

If you kids want to talk history, there is much good, include it.
