I have to hand it to you woody, this is an interesting thing to ponder.

Browns are a little short handed with LB depth.

We would never have to worry about him being called for "illegal hands to the face".

  • Our  LBs aren't  great, he'd be a great lockerroom and attitude guy, and his floor is probably special teams star

  • That's a good question. I'm stumped

  • On the one hand, he is spectacular, as you say he would be a great addition to the locker room, I admire him. On the other hand...

This is a great story Woody!   Before he was named Conference Player of the Year for the ONLY undefeated team in major college football - his coach (and former Browns Safety Scott Frost) described him on the local radio here as such: "In practice, he's our barometer setting the tone and revving up the competition. On film, he's relentless.  He can be on the ground on 1 side of the field at the beginning of the play and be the 1 guy who never gave up making the TD saving tackle in pursuit way over on the other side of the field."

Some teams are even talking about him playing Safety. He's got 2 INTs on his resume believe it or not.   Let's face it - the guy actually catches better with 1 hand than Corey Coleman catches with 2 hands, 1 chest, and 2 closed eyes.

After the Senior Bowl I posted in one of the threads what Romeo C/RAC had to say about him when he was asked if anyone in particular jumped out at him during the week of practices.

All you sick bastards are lucky I didn't have any beverage in my mouth when I was reading this thread over the laptop LMAO. Thanks for the 2 minutes abs.

True story here.  Back when I was drunk, dumb and should have been studying I asked the 1 arm bartender at our Campus Pub "Do you got any wings?"  And just when you think it couldn't get any worse he replied "yes, but you can still be my wing man."  Do you think I ever lived that down?

Just remember that level of dumb if I ever come across acting like I know more than any of you - because I don't...  I just always like to challenge people to see things another way when I think we have a potentially good discussion on our board.

That is just uncalled for, that.....LOL LOL.😆

    Shaquem would have LOL, too.

  • I watched a few games with this kid ... I was thinking he had great instincts, was always around the ball,

and kept making plays, and was QUICK, and was a fine, hard hitting tackler. I just thought that the Browns could use a smart, very quick, terrific tackler in a late draft pick....One play, they reviewed it, and only then did I see that he had only one hand. I had to rewind and watch some of his plays after that, cause I was amazed. And he's a GREAT kid -

seen him pegged at the fifth round, but I think the 4th round. And 20 reps with the bench press, like I posted in the combine thread - that is just another amazing thing about him.

The kid is a great story and has a motor. I just don’t know much about him outside of watching him in the bowl game against Auburn.

he causes fumbles, intercepted a pass, played off a block by an OT AND a TE? maybe te....

and still got to the qb. And he also hits like a ton of bricks.

  • Special person.  He'd be a boost to the the entire locker room.   Plays non stop every second.

Incredible he got 20 reps.  Amazing

  • His attitude would be the same whether we're 16-0 or 0-16.... Which might come in handy

    Sheet I did it too

  • Just ran an unofficial 4.38 40

  • ^^that's nutz..227lbs. seem light for NFL LB? but you can't tell this kid... No... HB!! mama Shaq

I can count on one hand how many times Ive heard something like this.

  • Great story. He has set records in the combine along with great interviews.

He doesn't need special attention he needs a special team.

  • I love how the votes in the poll have changed before and after the 40 lol

  • He outran Barkley
