  • just saw part of a interview with him where he said coach Williams should not have gone public about the way ward got hurt,Well damnit hue wtf did u just do concerning one of your coach's  I swear the dude is a dimwit

  • if he's throwing sketch at williams i will be done with hue with quickness. If its a light admonishment that willuams essentially agrees with that he misstepped, than fine. But if hue thinks he's gonna play heavy with williams, the guy thats finally given us a halfway respectable D......than im doneso

  • Hue is right.  But he, himself, does the same thing all the time.

Not for nothin', but they're asking football coaches questions.  They're not talking to politicians...or lawyers...

  • When you hire Gregg Williams. You get all of Gregg Williams. Deal with it Hue wussy..

  • Hues right ... Assistant coaches shouldn't be discussing injuries.

imo, the injury info was already out in media? no? ..all i get is Hue power tripping a)hue trumped Wylie to Z on moving Joel. Hue told media than "you all ask my assistants far too many questions". b) Hue questions Denzel & Randall on practice field," are we listening" c) RB coach & Haley get Hue trabbled next, questioning toughness/absent from field..d) now it's Greggs turn..Gregg never called Denzel stupid, but yes he called out Denzel for stupid tackling techniques..sounds to me denzel does not accept coaching to well & Williams knows it..  Hues going down swinging with "this is my team" or  we might need a marsh "mellow" campfire at Hue's place after lions game..

  • that ward tackle looked textbook. Thats how u tackle a nan twice ur size thats looking to lower the boom on u.....u get lower than him and take him out at the thigh/knee area. What exactly did williams have an issue with? maybe i understand now where hue was coming from

check the replay again..from Williams presser, he wants the legs chopped out..Ward's low, than worms his pads & head up, flexing back the wrong way after contact

  • You guys just won't listen, will you? WTF is your malfunction?

the freakin gif of the tackle has disappeared now...but if I remember it right, he was tracking the dudes legs in mid tackle. I mean it's just a fluke thing...if he didn't twist himself to track the dudes legs, he misses the tackle. Maybe I need to see more angles. Browns been tackling so clean tho. That's on Williams for sure. He prob doesn't need to blow up a rookie like that who actually dove his sht in. Lot's of secondary players fag out for the ankles and dudes just hurdle them. So I give Ward some credit even if maybe his form wasn't absolutely perfect.

Hue runs the team. He owns Greg WIlliams. He doesn't need Greg Williams, and if he decides to get rid of him, WIlliams is gone. Williams is a coffee fetcher and he is Hue's biitch. Make no mistake.

yeah that's textbook bro. Kept his head up too, tracked his legs. 99 out of 100 times that tackle doesn't hurt the tackler. It's just the fluke way he twisted that's all. I wonder if this is just some hard knocks drama they were told to do in order to stir up even more viewership.

I think Mr. 1-31 (I think you just said he blows in another thread) should be listening to his coffee fetchers. For the record <again> both Williams and Haley have better records as Head Coaches than Huey.

Jackson keeps it up- he's going to be the one sitting on the couch having coffee and doughnuts, watching Haley or Williams run the team. Only reason he's still the head coach is Jimmy & Dee knew if they fired Hue after racking up the worst two season record in the history of the NFL- they might find a D III college coach willing to take the job for a year. There wouldn't have been a top coaching candidate worth a damn willing to take over if they knew they were going to get fired after a year or two. I'm not sure how many wins it will take for Hue to keep his job, but I damn guarantee you it's going to have to be way more than a couple.

Well, it is Hue's fucking team.

Put yourself in his shoes, is he supposed to kowtow to his assistants?

You may not like his style, you as a fan might respect Williams or Haley more, but it doesn't make him wrong ... it's his ship, and as long as it is, things get done his way.

    Larry,

if YOU owned the team then I could understand listening to you. You have always had this fantasy bullschidt belief that The HC, OC, and DC are all in the same boat, That the owner has not yet made up his mind and he has hired and OC and DC, so he can sit back and watch who among the three he is going to eventually let run his team.

I was the very first to guarantee that Hue Jackson was a complete failure. I haven't budged from that, but THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE.

Haslam is not going to fire Hue jackson. He WILL allow Jackson to fire Williams and Dinky-Dump. Dude, IF Hue was not IN with the Haslams, 1 -15 would have surely got him fired. 0- 16? 1 - 31? And you think 0 - 4 will get him fired? LMAO. Dude, Haslam's wife tells Jimmy what to do. SHe loves the black cause, she isn't going to let Hue go. Hue has already shown public indifference with his OC and DC. These conflicts you see, are moments of truth. When the team again blows, Hue will point to these moments when his coordinators were bucking his system.

    Coordinators are coffee fetchers.
