so who do we take at #1 next year?
-
on what criteria are u basing that? we equally need another DT as well as LDE.....if we fill either of those adequately in FA than we draft the other. All depends on where we pick. If its #1 than likely we take bosa and have the best DE tandem in football. But like i said, if bosa comes off firstbi have zero problem with oliver.
Interior pass rush is harder to find. I'd rather have Aaron Donald than Mack or something. Plus I think Ogbah is better than ... Idk, Coley?

yeah. i guess. Thing is bosa can easily shift inside to DT while Avery is the 3rd down specialist.

ofc, if the browns go #browns....we'll run a 3-4 again next year. In which case Oliver might make more sense......nut then we also have to go find a NT

The Browns have already equaled their win total from the last two seasons. They will finish too good to get the overall first round pick. Cyberbricks will probably be thrown at me for saying this, but I think the first round pick should be traded for several lower round picks, and they should be used on offensive linemen. Good linemen are available in mid rounds. Mayfield had no time to do anything and had Steelers in his face all day. Get a decent pass blocking oline and see how much better the results will be.

maybe, but we're not picking lower than 3....

The Bosa's injury history scares me.

joey has a hurt foot, he's been a beast for 2 years. 20+ sacks? u take nick in a heartbeat.

It seems like he's always banged up, and then Nick has a pretty significant injury.
And I could be wrong, but it seemed like their dad had his career somewhat curtailed because of injuries.
I'm just saying... it's at least a concern with me.

he had a tweeked hammy his first year for a couple games. Sonce then he's been fine till prrseason when he played with a strained foot and got it stepped on or some sht. He's back soon.

Its horrible to think of isn't it?
At least this year the draft talk stalled out until the end of October....

We'll see if Dorsey is going to trade down. Right now the Browns will draft 6th. I'm assuming the Bills are going to lose to New England Monday. Not high enough for Bosa. I'm not losing hope that the Browns can eke out another win or two, to finish ahead of the 49ers or Raiders. I have a great hoot in store for Ghoolie with his game changing Saquon on the 1- 7 Giants.
Speaking of our resident troll, he's got about as much rope when he comes back as Gordon did before he got traded....

After the Bills lose tonight to NE the Browns will now be #5 in the draft picking order. If they get really lucky with a win, the Browns will be in the 4th spot. Frankly as long as Hue is in charge we will move steadily up. Just a couple of wins by others away from #1 overall again. Raiders, Giants and 49ers all have 1 win. And I think Chucky is tanking for #1.

We wont have first pick but prob will end up in top 5
easily. The teams undetneath us are in notice right now, the sleeping draft giant has reawakened from a short slumber.....and will soon reclaim its rightful spot atop the draft order mountain. Bank on it. With the assurity of a seasoned browns fan, take it to the mother fukking bank....we'll be no less than #3 and after next years redo its back to #1 baby!!!!!

browns had me worried there for a few weeks, was srarting to worry we'd have some shitty mid round pick

Move Harrison to back up(make him an RT in the future) and trade for an LT so Baker can survive the season.
And draft a LT.
