Not as hideous as the Browns current unis, but a definite downgrade from the Namath-era unis they scrapped. The only thing those unis needed was to ditch that dark green for Kelly green. (As should the Eagles).
Those stripes swoop things on the Jets new unis are so 90s, by the way. The Broncos have been sporting those dumb things on their unis for a generation.
