When is the last time Suh acted up? 4 years ago? 5?

It was back in his Detroit days, wasn't it?

Haven't seen him play for a while, so I can't say for sure. But he was in a kill 'em contest with Burfict for a while.

$21k and change is barely a slap on the wrist. If "roughing the passer" is the standard, then Garrett must be one of the dirtiest players of 2019.

The old Suh, the one that earned a rep that no doubt fed the fine, was this guy...

    • Excessive Facemask (ripped a helmet off... fortunately the head stayed put...)

    • Stepping on the leg of Aaron Rodgers (had to change stride to do it)

    • Throat-slash gesture against Tampa Bay ("one of these things is not like the others")

    • Kicking Texans QB Matt Schaub in the groin (the kick was G-o-o-o-o-o-o-d!)

    • Stomping on Evan Dietrich-Smith (the stomp heard round the world)

I think that guy is gone.

except that "roughing" is now "landing on with your weight". When the Browns start always twisting away to not have their weight land on the qb, they will start calling "twisting the qb around from his stance" personal fouls...

on the Browns and other teams that are not supposed to win and not make the NFL as much money as the huge market cities.

except I saw it happen in the cincy-pukes game, and it wasn't called on pittsburg. nope. ignored.

But true - the old Suh was a cheapshot rampage. He's a little bit more grown up now. Maybe he went for

    rage counseling....

I don't think he had a choice but to...

Sometimes it takes... sometimes (Burfict) it doesn't...

Does the counseling make you better at it?  Hey maybe it works!

(Or are some individuals just not going to be changed?)

I always liked the term anger management. It’s a choice. You either choose to be angry or not.

Anyone remember this dude? Now, there's a dude with rage issues. He could have been a great one.

Jesus, if the Olympics had a "playing the victim" competition, cal would win more golds than Michael Phelps.
