Most playoff spots in the entire league have now been decided:
In the NFC:
Saints have clinched their division.
Seattle, San Francisco are still vying for the NFCW title....but both have clinched playoffs
Green Bay has clinched playoff spot....but not the division. Still in a contest with the Vikings for that
The NFCE is a contest between the Cowboys and Eagles, who are currently tied at 7-7. No chance for WC for loser.
The Vikings have all but wrapped up the second WC with a 10-4 record.....but, in theory, the Rams at 8-6 still have a shot. The best they can do is to tie...and I am not sure about the tiebreaker there. They do not play this year. If the Vikings lose both of their next games....to the Bears and Packers, and the Rams win, the Rams take the WC with a better conf. record. Right now, Vikes are 7-3 and Rams 6-4.....but if Vikings lose both and Rams win both...that would switch to Viking 7-5 and Rams 8-4. Not likely, but possible.
In the AFC:
Kansas City has clinched the AFCW
Baltimore has clinched the AFCN
Both the Patriots 11-3 and Bills at 10-4 have clinched playoff spots. But that division title is still undecided (for the first time it seems in like forever....the Bills do have a chance to win the division). I think the Bills have to go to New England.
The AFCS is still in play between the Texans and the Titans. And both are alive for the WC as well.
Right now, the Steelers still hold the last WC over the Titans, both 8-6.
But, apparently the Browns, Raiders, and Colts are all still technically alive for the last WC spot. Colts have to win Monday night vs. Saints.....they are currently 6-7. Browns and Raiders at 6-8 are just hanging on by the skin of their teeth apparently....and a lot of really weird shit would have to happen. Titans and Steeler obviously both have to lose their last two games, and Raiders and Browns have to win their last two games.
I would have to post more scenarios later, when people more expert in the tiebreakers post data.
#1 seeds are still up for grabs in both conferences. Currently Seattle and Baltimore hold those spots.

I believe that the only way they get in is if there is a 4-way or 5-way tie.
Steelers and Titans have to lose both remaining. Browns and Raiders and/or Colts have to win both remaining. If this is the case, Browns and Steelers use divisional tie-breakers first, which the Browns win by division record. With 3 or 4 teams remaining, head-to-head rule won't apply as they didn't all play each other. Browns would then win over Titans and Raiders and/or Colts because of Conference record.
If Raiders and Colts don't win both and it is a 3-way tie, then Titans are in. Browns and Steelers still use divisional tie-breaker which Browns win by division record. Browns lose to Titans due to head-to-head, as Browns lost in week 1 to Titans.
-
Oops. Sorry... in a 4- or 5-way tie involving the Colts, the Titans would first be eliminated by the Colts due to the divisional record.
If this happens, then of the 2 or 3 remaining teams - Browns-Colts or Brown-Colts-Raiders - the Browns win with better Conference record.
-
Well...it is like this: The Browns and anyone but Pittsburgh.

Seattle choked away the #1 overall seed today with a loss to the Cardinals.
Philly took control of NFC East with win vs. Cowboys......but did NOT clinch the division. They must either beat the Giants, or have the Redskins beat the Cowboys. Apparently IF Cowboys win and Philly loses in the last week, Dallas is in.
Titans to be in...IF they can beat Houston next week.
Most interesting perhaps is that the Raiders are still alive. Though I have not seen it said, I assume the Raiders still have a chance if they win, and both Tenn. and Pitt. lose. Not out of the realm, because Pitt plays Ratfuckers and Tennessee plays Houston. The issues in those games is how much those teams may try....given that I think they each have their playoff position locked in.
Also in the NFC....ONLY the Saints have secured their division......though the Packers could clinch with a victory on Monday night. Big NFCN showdown tomorrow night.
The Seahawks and 49ers apparently are still alive for the West crown...and those two have a square off next Sunday night. Winner takes division...and maybe #1, and loser gets no better than 5th or 6th seed.
Chiefs, Texans, Pats Ravens have won their divisions. Only that #6 seed is at stake in the AFC.
Most importantly of all: Steelers currently on the outside looking in.
