If there were any questions about how healthy Odell Beckham Jr. was after offseason surgery, the Cleveland Browns star wide receiver answered them with an epic highlight reel of workout footage he released on social media...

... Beckham had core surgery this offseason to repair his injury issues and was expected to make a full recovery. From the looks of the video, Beckham is getting close to full strength and would likely be participating in the Browns offseason program if things were not held up by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Bigger, faster, strong,” Beckham tells the camera. “It’s my time.”

  • Show me on the field.

  • That little half ball platform thing is hard enough to stay balanced on with two feet on it... while only trying to stay upright.

A few minutes of continuous balance checking on one will alert you to muscles you never knew you had.

One leg + catching pass after pass = Insane balance

Yup, true. Lets see it during real games. He was great warming up before games, that doesn't mean squat. I want to see 15 TDs, not 4.

  • the point is, he is getting into outstanding shape - he's seriously getting ready to have a big year.

"core surgery" sounds tough to get back from. He means business.

  • IMPRESSIVE & balance that borders on unbelievable.

I applaud his efforts & determination.

  • Stuff like this is so gay. Show production on the field. This is just window dressing Instagram follower BS

You're just incredibly sore for a long time and you can't stretch out. Also, if you ever sneeze post surgery you feel like you're going to die, lol. However, this is nothing compared to the Landry surgery. His recovery scares me, especially since he's not around team docs.

Playing while on one of those balance boards would be a serious impediment...

On a serious note... the muscles you feel the most after spending time on one of those things? Your core...

You spoke like you had the surgery in the past. How long was the recover time to feel normal?

Well now that we have an O-Line and some decent coaches your wish may come true

The way he is using the boshu, the muscles he'd feel the most would be the ankles. By far.

I’ll never understand the guy. Makes the most incredible catches and then drops routine passes.
