The Hatch Act, a federal law passed in 1939, limits certain political activities of federal employees, as well as some state, D.C., and local government employees who work in connection with federally funded programs. The law’s purposes are to ensure that federal programs are administered in a nonpartisan fashion, to protect federal employees from political coercion in the workplace, and to ensure that federal employees are advanced based on merit and not based on political affiliation.

Yes Woody- I know....  It was stated a week ago that Dump using the White House for a political rally was a (questionable) violation of the Hatch Act. Well, it happened....

However- Covid doesn't care there were 2,000 people there with no masks, and no social distancing.... Pandemic is over, ya know.....

So when Joe Biden is President he can instruct his justice department to prosecute Trump for  defying the Hatch Act. And you and the rest of the Democrats can watch it at home on theTV's you looted from local business owners while waiting for the US Postal Service to deliver your reparations checks.

        ?????

great. NOW Hoorta and his little woodpecker "care" about the law. how convenient - as in, politically expedient.

their obaMao/biden regime broke the law by giving guns to drug cartels in mexico to implicate American gun owners, they SPIED on Trump';s campaign, they LIED to the FISA court, they changed FBI official documents to GET Carter Page

Former FBI official set to plead guilty to falsifying ...

Aug 14, 2020 · Kevin Clinesmith, a former lawyer for the FBI, will be pleading guilty to altering a CIA e-mail that was sent during the Russia investigation, The New York Times is …

these two ignore all the broken laws by the obaMao/biden regime...

but NOW they care about the Hatch act.

          How...typical.

Typical Cal, changing the subject. Never contributes to the thread. Doesn't have any opinions of his own. Sad.
