    what tonight proved:

DA can still roll an awful defense, can't throw short for crap and caves under pressure

Take away the 1 long run he averaged 3.1 per carry... We need to see more the next 2 weeks. I want to see what Harrison is going to bring this year too.

  • we may have a D

Against the Lions missing 3 of their receivers... yes, we may have a D.

a d that still didn't manage a single sack. not encouraging.

hard to give our D too much credit. ya they did well, but you don't know how much of that is attributed to matt stafford being a god awful QB

Our oline struggled to make a hole big enough that a rat could slip through but i liked what i saw on defense even if it was against detroit...😉

It was great to see him break off that run, especially since he hadn't had much success earlier in the game.

I'm glad the coaching staff decided to keep him in until he did something great. Nice way to have him bounce back from the craptastic pass blocking in the first game.

Lewis doesn't make it back to the line of scrimmage on that play. Kind of like that freaking screen pass he dicked around with earlier.

I would really like to see Harrison and Davis get plenty of carries. A buddy of mine wrote into the PD today and Tony mentioned he doesn't think Lewis is going to get near as many carries this year. We need backs that can make the occasional play like last night, and Lewis can't do it.

I don't even know if Harrison could make a cut like that. That was SICK, NFL Caliber running right there.

Harrisson can make that cut, but he won't be able to make it every game as he will be an injury proned every down back.

Davis does this against a 6th string defense, how does he do against the #1's?

Matt Stafford is a QB that is around just for the big pay, I think the Lions FAILED on that pick.

It doesn't matter how good DA plays, the Quinn fags will always have some excuses to why the average Quinn should lead this team to a 3 win season.
