Dutch posted a video about this everyone should watch/listen to in the Preseason Football Starts December 4th thread. One of the veterans on our defense that has been telling teammates they're not being professional with their weekly preparation, has a chance to tackle a Ratbird RB at the 4 yard line and refrains from trying to do so with his own "business decision." This is the kind of leader our FO brought here; and it sure explains the consistent bad tackling/business decisions from at least some of our defensive guys.
