Tale of the Tape - Browns @ Texans
-
It's only Tuesday ! I'm not nervous YeT ! ?
Checking in on DeMeco, Texas
“Looking back at our first game against the Browns, it was a lot of self-inflicted penalties,” Ryans said. “We made big plays; they were negated by penalties or just mishaps on our part. Again, we have to play clean football versus a really good team. You can’t go out and make mistakes, or they’ll capitalize on it, and they’ve shown that time after time after time.”
The Texans finished the game with 10 penalties for 76 yards. Four were on the offensive line in the first half and then a few defensive pass interference calls set up touchdowns for the Browns.
“We gave up too many explosive passes and Amari [Cooper] had an outstanding game,” Ryans added. “Watching it again, he had some of the best catches I’ve seen all year, even though guys were in coverage and in position, he still made unbelievable catches. He had an outstanding game, so we just have to be in position to cover him better. We have to make plays to get off the field on third-down as well.”
CJ Stroud... Yep! That's our Buckeye QB.. buT,
CJ's still a Rookie QB, like DeMeco & his coaching staff. These Texans lost to the Jets & Panthers this season
Bring Jim Schwartz with the full #2 ranked coverage secondary playing smart coverage..
Joseph Vincent Flacco .. to his teammates:
"Something is going to happen in the next five weeks that we will all remember forever."
#LFG Flac'em
I really like our chances if we score more points than the Texans

Flacco, longer developing deep shots and play-action takes, the cracks emerged in Christian’s game. Of all qualifying offensive tackles, there are only five worse pass blockers in the NFL (according to PFF).

yep and since we are a passing team now, We should go with Watson
-
Most impressive about Watson’s game against the Bengals, however, was his desire to play from whistle to whistle and look for work. Keeping his head on a swivel, Watson, if not engaged right off the snap in his zone, will find the closest man to him and look to put him on the turf.
He did this three times on Sunday.
---- Whereas Wills, his contract says that he only needs to work for 3.5 seconds per play.
Reality, the article says that Watson is athletic but not very good either. We really have to take the expectation of pass away from the defense with the running game, but we can't run. We're too deep into the bench at tackle. - Our defense is going to have to play its absolute best.
