Initial thought...

When was the last time there was this little or turnover for the starters from season to season?

You mean continuity?  It certainly feels pretty good when looking at the starters.  You kind of know what you're going to get...in a good way.  Let's see if they can stay healthy and see what the sprinkling in of new talent can add.  Obviously there will be a little newness brought in by the new OC & New OL coach.  -  It's kind of exciting.

It really is nice.

This is how you can draft players and allow them to develop in your system. This is how you can have teams that start fast, because most of the players are well-versed in the systems in place. Just think about how often Joe Thomas had to learn a new offensive system in the years he played here.
