The case in question has obtained a decision in an Immigration court, but constitutional claims are to be decided in a different court.
For legal reasons, the following comment is general and is not specifically connected with the above case:
The campaign in certain U.S. universities led to Jewish students being intimidated into being unable to attend college in person.
It also occurs to me that there are pro-Palestinian Arab people and Palestinian Arabs who loudly-claim United States constitutional rights, yet while campaigning in effect, for the aims of Palestinian Arab terrorist organizations, in particular those in Gaza.
For example, there are those who support the aims of the Hamas (barbarians who led the October 7th, 2023 massacre on Israelis) and who run Gaza, within which there are ZERO democratic rights!
