DEI's only reason for existing is to make sure the country isn't a meritocracy like it should be. That's why things like the target dei initiatives are stupid. The best and brightest aren't working at Target. It's already staffed top to bottom with the kind of dingleberries dei is meant to protect.

It's exactly what it sounds like which is why leftists are always trying to say it's about disabled veterans and shit. Somewhere along the line you guys lost the ability to be honest. You know goddamn perfectly well that DEI's main #1 beneficiary is black people and no one else. Disabled veterans is somewhere like ten down the line. Disabled veterans don't have that hard a time being hired because people respect them.
