he has a high grade in run blocking, pass protection ? meh
Not sure what the grades are, but I'm 115 into the 525 pass pro snaps Zion took in the 2025 season.
My biggest issue with his pass pro has been his short set off ball action and then the timing/pass offs on the popular tex stunts and T-T that work his side of the line. His eyes & mentals, to be short about it.
Week 1 he did a good job minimizing Chris Jones when he got the draw. I see the potential... he's also very fluid in his pulls when LAC went power.
I'm usually not for taking players that have struggles to grasp the mental side. But, so far, when Zion is locked in, he has some really nice reps to build off of.

Browns have agreed to terms with former Lions and Jaguars safety and special teamer Daniel Thomas, per source

Four additions...
The Cleveland Browns are signing defensive end A.J. Epenesa as well as safety Daniel Thomas and wide receiver Tylan Wallace, plus re-signing defensive end Julian Okwara.

Epenesa might turn out to be a quality pickup.
Apparently the Bills had him slim down and his production dropped. Beef him back up. It's a low=risk acquisition.

Nice! This is a 2nd round talent; and he's still only 27 years old.
I welcome the only Defensive Coordinator to earn a Superbowl Ring in New Orleans while understanding Revenge of the Nerds is a sequel. "Come get some!" -
love this guy, c'mon now
Glad to see the Browns brought him here to fill a very important role here.

Sneaky good pickup. 24 career sacks had 14 batted balls last season. Great piece to be part of a rotation opposite of Myles or you give Myles a breather and bring him in.
I didn’t like losing Cameron Thomas to the Falcons this makes up for it.

·37mDL Sam Kamara is re-signing with the Browns, per his agency LAA. -
BEING A BROWNS FAN IS A TEST TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU CAN TAKE -

Is he mostly a ba-locking TE?
I literally am incapable of not saying A-a-ron because of this skit when I see the name Aaron.

I like the move. An unappreciated player IMO.
He is a good blocker and in limited chances has shown good hands. He has proven to be dependable in whatever you want him to do.

Description of Kalia Davis over at PFF. Sure, questionable actual grade, but because they rate everyone using the same [flawed] algo, conclusion isn't.
Kalia Davis earned a 39.8 overall PFF defensive grade in the 2025 season, 129th among 134 qualified interior defensive linemans. His PFF pass-rush grade of 53.3 ranked 116th among 134 qualified interior defensive linemans. His run-defense grade of 34.5 ranked 126th at the position
He.. Should be a camp cut, but won't be.
