My Cat
-
I've fed the feral cats outside for years, and every once in a while they leave me a "gift" of some rodent/bird they hunted outside my front door. I think they are sending me a Sicilian message, but jokes on them, I'm Abruzzese and Calabrese.

Aww. Yeah, that’s her way of honoring you. She brought you a gift. Don’t toss it in the trash in front of her. It’s disrespectful.

@Ibleedbrown I wish I'd known that already did.. Praised her and gave her a treat which is a half of a hot dog. Ya I felt something in bed had no idea I was a dead mouse. Had to change out the bedding but it's ok.
Got this apartment building and still new to everything. I mainly got this building because I didn't want to mow anymore and it's an income -
My cats name is Kitten. It's generic but my cat I used to have her name was meow meow.
Before that I had a cat named Alvin. When I was a kid, I had big dogs but as I get older I love cats because they are independent. -
Didn't feel like making another thread as I am thinking out loud
Going to fly out to Dallas for the weekend as my Cards take on the Cowboys. It's a tickets for one and I enjoy it. Then I have to make it back I have a show to do November 7. I'll be driving for Arizona to look for a winter home
Tired of the snow brothers. My cat? It's all arrangements are taken care of. I'm converting my building on the bottom floor to be my permanent home. So when I do get back hopefully I'll be happy -
Big fan of cats myself. They're pretty awesome. Growing up we took in two brothers from the same litter, I think they were Siamese if I remember right. The one cat was my bro, we named him Joey, anytime I was home he'd hang out with me in my room.

@Captain-Trips Lol. Ya that's cool. I learn things everyday and going to miss this animal as cats don't travel well

@one-post-from-the-truth I got a cat when I was stationed in Japan. Brought her back to the states after 3 years (San Diego), then to Okinawa, then to New York, then back to Japan, then to DC, and then to Cleveland. She handled it well and lived till 17 years old.

@DieHardBrownsFan1 I have to take care of some things. A neighbor is going to watch my cat for me. I would love to take her with me but I'll be too busy to tote her around

@one-post-from-the-truth I understand. I was just stating that you can travel with a cat. My wife took care while I was deployed most of the time.

@DieHardBrownsFan1 I see. Yes I'll be doing things and don't want her alone and scared in a motel. This is uncharted territory for me but she'll be ok.

One of our cats slaughters all the nearby chipmunks. One time she brought one on and dropped it, and ran back outside. Unfortunately for us the chipmunk was very much alive still and started running throughout the house.
Either way, them bringing you the prey is a sign of affection so best to appreciate them
