The Cleveland Browns downgraded kicker Phil Dawson and tight end Steve Heiden to out today on their official injury report heading into Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

That means that Billy Cundiff will handle kicking duties again with Dawson sidelined with a right calf injury.

Meanwhile, starting outside linebacker Kamerion Wimbley, the team's top pass rusher, was downgraded to questionable due to an illness.

Wimbley better be able to go, he's the only semblance of a pass rusher we have.

Maybe we will get to see David Veikune tomorrow. Interesting.

Wimbley will play...I'd put money on it. He would have to be extremely sick in order to not see the field at all

    If he doesn't go...xxxx!

What the HELL is wrong with Dawson? Is this gonna be a repeat of James Davis when we hear nothing for weeks and then he gets put on IR out of the blue?

I think it might have something to do with his contract.

I don't mind billy, he hasn't missed yet.

But going without Steve "Hands" Heiden is tough.

    Wimbleys out : http://www.clevelandbrowns.com/article.php?id=10008

"PITTSBURGH - The Browns will be without Kamerion Wimbley for today's game in Pittsburgh.

Wimbley was downgraded to questionable Saturday due to an illness and was ruled out Sunday morning. His streak of 51 consecutive starts now ends.

Jason Trusnik will start in place of Wimbley.

The Browns' other inactives are Phil Dawson, Steve Heiden, Coye Francies, Gerard Lawson, Chris Jennings, Billy Yates and third QB Brett Ratliff. Rex Hadnot is active for the first time this season. "

What happened to Veikune? Who the hell is Trusnik?
