i've watched him live for the past two years, while i do think he'll be a good reciever, he's not that great at running routes, i've seen him give up on plays and not make a second effort to get open when johnny scrambled (more this year than last) and he relies too much on pushing off of corners and safeties. he has consistant hands and size and a great jump ball ability but he needs to mature emotionally and sharpen his routes cause he'll get flagged for pass interference in the nfl if he continues to push off of defenders. I'd love to have him but not in the first round when better prospect are available. Gig 'em

wonder where A&M WR Evans may go? -
2014 Free AgentsAj Mcarron may be used to winning, hell trent was but look how that turned out, sure AJ mcarron can win with the best overall college team, that doesn't automatically translate to NFL readiness, he was a game manager. i don't feel he's had to do enough. As an A&M student i watched johhny put up numbers because he had to throw and play aggressively because of the terrible D. Yes johhny made more mistakes but he showed tremendous skill under pressure with very little weapons as opposed to mcarron who handed off the ball quite often and spurned the defense when they were playing against the run. Aj is coming from one of the top lines and offense, i don't think drafting him to a bad team without blocking or offensive weapons will lead to the same results as college, the team made mcarron and not vice versa. I'm not totally sold on any of the "top" prospects hope we don't get a qb until at least the second round, with our luck we'll overdraft another guy who doesn't pan out

After Watching The BearsCutler faced heavy defensive pressure and missed blocking assignments much like Weeden faced. a qb under pressure constantly, even the good ones, will look mediocre

Cleveland Vs Green Bay Onlineneed one down here in texas too please

My Case For Cyrus Grayi watched him at every home game this season, he plays hard with emotion, powerful runner. I'd love to pick him up 3rd round or later

Qb Musical ChairsI actually go to school here at Texas A&M and i'm not even that impressed with Tannehill as a qb, i blame him for our loss to texas, he performed excellent in the first half and then faced more pressure later in the game and made poor decisions throwing interception. And this is only the collegiate level. He seems to get into ruts during games and if any of y'all (yes i'm a typical texan) saw any of our games during the season, our offense got shut down in the second half in the passing game. love the guy but he hasn't proven himself enough IMO to be drafted first round, he is however a fantastic athlete and was a pretty good receiver before he was the qb. I'm completely for keeping colt, giving him help and then drafting a better qb prospect next year if need be.

Age19, and never witnessed a relevant browns team

Colt Mccoy And Ben Watson Held Out Of PracticeKeep Colt. Look at alex smith for example, his stats since '05 have been bad and even atrocious, but this year (with a consistent running game and time to throw) has looked like a much different qb. If you are going to compare Colt to any other quarterback doing better you're wasting your time, unless you gave each qb the same line and weapons to work with. We've had too much change on this team, we need a foundation before we can start building the walls and roof. Give the coach more than a year for a chance instead of crying mutiny, and support Colt.

Dolphins Vs Browns Gameday Threadwe need to replace sheldon brown

Hillis Out Sunday Vs The Dolphins -
To Everyone Else...ESPN and NFL network, keep playing off the browns victories, keep telling the world that drew brees's poor play was why the browns won. Please, tell everyone the patriots had a bad day and that the receivers let Brady down. Other teams, keep thinking we are the push-overs of the past. But come game day you better understand that we are a good football team who will beat your team. In my entire life (though i am still quite young and spry) i have not seen anything like this from the browns, maybe '07 but that season led to nothing. No longer do we fear every down that our miserable QB will make a poor decision, we WILL run the ball and you WILL know it is coming, but how do you stop #40? I look forward to a good record at the end of the year and i hope that even then, the Browns will not get their credit from sports networks, it will make it all the better when we continue to prove people wrong.
bring it jets, our Ryan is better

Head-to-Head Hits & New Rule DiscussionBe for real Brother... Its Football He made a Play. I heard a Parade of 20 Plus Ex Players in ESPN Radio today. I didnt Hear ONE Guy Say the Harrison Hits were Dirty. A Couple Reporters were about it. The League is just Covering its Tail , in Event a Disaster happens. Its Football. Not Flag Football.
thank you hulk hogan. Harrison shouldve been fined, not a ludacris amount like 7,500,000 but the 75,000 will do. Its not the fact that harrison hit momass with his shoulder, he blatantly aimed(with his shoulder) for his head, the rest of his body was wide open, why not wrap up or hit him in the chest? Even though the cribbs hit was leagal, harrison again showed he aims to give concussions and potential paralyzation, now thats class!

Head-to-Head Hits & New Rule DiscussionYep, what goes around comes around, you play hard you hit hard and you win hard, on the other hand you whine hard you whine more and lose more
Stopt the whining and start the hitting
Yes, let the legal hitting begin, I love tj wards presence, and willingness to hit people, but not in the head. Though he did hit Shipley, which I agree was a fine worthy hit, he did not go straight for shipley's head while he was already being tackled. The hit Harrison put on cribbs was strictly aimed at his head, technichaly the hit is legal but only an asshole purposely aims to paralyze a person by hitting them in the head. The massaquoi hit was once again aimed at his head even though he led with his shoulder, why couldn't he hit him in the pads? Harrison is a presence but an asshole nonetheless, go join a steelers board if you support them, like you seem to do. We already have enough unintelligence floating around this board

Peyton Hillis making an impression"Hillis was not as impressive in the 23-20 victory against the Bengals as he was last week against the Ravens. Even still, he had 83 more rushing yards than his former team. Hillis bowled his way to 102 yards, while the entire Broncos team amassed a whopping 19 yards.
After Denver's Week 4 win, the Broncos are now averaging 55 yards rushing per game; Hillis is averaging 80.5 yards. The Broncos have three rushing touchdowns; Hillis has four."

Browns Vs Bucs - Live Game ThreadGood leg strength by phil even though he missed

Possible penalty for SuhI was watching pti on espn and the two ***holes said that they liked the play, are you kidding? So it's ok for suh to potentially paralyze another human? The play was a disgrace to the game, he clearly had no control over himself. I may not believe in god but I do believe in karma, I don't hope suh gets hurt but he needs a wake up call to what could have happened. Sorenson's injury was scary enough, I don't mind a late hit but suh's actions were ridiculous

Vick likely looking for a new team next yeari like vick and believe he has earned the chance he has been given, but no way would he fit on the browns.
