Does no one here know how to correctly preform a google search?

Sports betting is 100% LEGAL in the state of Ohio, so long as you don't do it here. And the state of Ohio doesn't mind if you bet online as long as the business is outside of its jurisdiction. Completely legit websites are out there which take bets, all pretty fair and nearly identical to vegas.
I recommend this one, its the best one out there. But pretty much anywhere you go to bet will offer ludicrous betting odds for the Cleveland Browns. It's not that they're even bad, the division will just be very difficult to win this year and the Browns have the most question marks.
