I only live an hour away, so a few of us will go up on random game days, sit at a bar until around kickoff an walk around looking for tickets. Usually only takes a minute or two. I've never paid close to face value but I usually get upper deck for like 10 bucks a piece. If we don't find tickets for a good price, we just go back to the bar.... haha. But with that being said, this year is a bit different and it is the Steeler's game so you might not find stuff as cheap. There is always a group of guys standing on the corner next to the Rock and Roll hall of fame as people walk to the stadium from the tailgating lots that have a TON of tickets. I'd say park in the cheap sections back by the Q or Winking Lizard and walk toward the stadium and you will run into plenty of people selling.
