Huge fan of Boldin. Highest YPG in the history of the NFL. That's serious. As for Robiskie and Tate, I think Tate is a crazy dynamic guy. I like Robiskie, but he isn't anywhere near the big play threat Tate is. Huge key plays all year, against every team. Michigan: 9-115, 2 TDs Michigan State: 7-127, TD USC: 8-117, 2 TDs Pitt: 9-113, TD Stanford: 10-201, 3 TDs He had no bad games on the season, and only one where he didn't score (first game of the season, vs. Nevada).

@samoth said:IMO here are our needs: DL, S, CB, LB, OT, OG I think the only offensive players we should draft are RG and RT, and if by some insane twist of fate, Toby Gerhart if he somehow falls to the 3rd round (not going to happen). We have a lot of youth in offensive skill positions, but our defense is godawful, injuries or not, and needs talent infusions at every position except NT. With a draft as deep as this one, it very well could happen. There are a lot of pretty good RB's coming out as well, and teams may not be sold on him, just yet.

@the-gipper said: OK, sure, so couldn't a lot of guys. The following are among the NCAAs all time passing leaders: Timmy Chang Ty Detmer Tim Rattay Luke McCown Chris Redman Kliff Kingsbury Colt Brennan Kevin Kolb None of these guys have exactly lit the NFL on fire. This problem is only going to get worse. These guys you mention were all system QBs running some version of the spread offense. Now, there are so few teams running a pro-style offense that the guys coming out now aren't going to be very discernable from the above. Tebow, McCoy and Bradford all ran spread type offenses. The bust rate in QBs could go up.

We all have heard the rumors, speculations and conspiracy theory's on the Browns, let me add a tape recorded conversation that occurred at the beginning of the season and again this past week.. Mangini: We have a talented young guy in Brady Quinn but I really don't want to pay him the bonus money, how can I get away with this without the fans driving me out in 3 games. Daboll: What if we start the season with Quinn, don't allow him to throw a pass longer than 20 yards and make sure we allow the opposing teams defense a front seat pass to the "Sack the Brady" club? Mangini: That's not gonna work, Edwards can catch any ball and run it to the house. Daboll: I have an idea, we can tell Edwards that if he drops a whole bunch of balls we will allow him to hit one of Lebrons friends and send him to the Jets. Mangini: That is a great idea, but what do we do with Anderson? Daboll: I'm thinking, that we can let him play for a couple of games and trade him before he starts to throw interceptions. 3 weeks later.... Mangini: Well the Quinn idea worked like a charm!! We have everyone thinking that Quinn sucks big time!!! Daboll: Remember that was my idea!!! Mangini: Well so was the Anderson idea!! Daboll: Wait a minute, I said we could start him before he started throwing interceptions!! I was not completely wrong, he only through 1 interception last week!! Mangini: Yea, but he only completed 3 passes, including the interception!! Daboll and Mangini: Man this sucks!!

@shepwrite said:When we're getting good safety play from both guys, Elam and Pool, it doesn't seem like an obvious opportunity to get better. I think a serious linebacker or DE would have a much bigger impact. A corner across from Wright, too. Your crazy! No way do you pass up on Berry. Ealm and Pool are not different makers and they don't scare anybody. Berry is a force and is a player you can't pass up. That's like saying if we could have Ed Reed you pass because you think Elam and Pool are playing good. Just doesn't make sense.

@crow said:Yeah, I know. I think it's funny he won in spite of it. You must have downs syndrome. Any twat who thinks that DA helped us win is absolutely clueless as to how to play the game of football. Go read a few books, learn a few things, and then come back and talk football with the big boys, son.
