To be honest, u kind of made me believe in him more with that post if anything. i will never hold the first draft against him because if u remeber right he didnt have a full season to prepare for it. but majority of those picks i am pretty happy with, in other words i would have made them at the time. There's a lot of reasons to expect good talent there. Besides I what bothers me is the people who place the blame on him for players not developing. His job is to get the talent and the COACHES job is to develop. If you are upset with the outcome of the players who get cut, then some of the blame has to go on the coaches not all on Phil. Now not in Phil's defense, Phil is the one who is in charge of hiring the coaches...

Stallsworth is a different type of receiver, what we need to do is have Winslow fill in for Joe with the inside routes. Theres an article about how Braylon talks about how he hates running the inside routes and feels a lot more comfortable stretching the field. He talks about how much Joe is missed this year because Joe used to run all the inside routes and do it well. Well Winslow can easily do that, put him out there in the slot, have him run out for more passes and have Hieden be our inside TE, because he will block much better then Winslow and Hieden can still be a threat with the inside TE routes.

All I know is we better hope the Titans start losing because the Steelers have their second to last game agaisnt them and if the Titans all ready have clinched a playoff spot, their not going to play their starters. Does last years Colts game ring a bell? So start hoping the Titans start losing games or else the Steelers might have an easy win towards the end of the season.
