Maybe this is the first step in selling the team and or having BK become GM. Now that he is broke he needs to work and he keeps saying its in the NFL. soooo.. maybe this is step one?

Actually I think most fans like the losing. It seems they love to bitch & moan. Listen to sportstalk and we have the cavs winning 66 games, barely any talk! We are supposed to win the championship, barely any talk! If the cavs lose 2 games in a row all the Loser Cleveland fans come out with their speeches.

Everyone here loves losers because thats all they know. They all want to be arm chair GM's.

You would assume this town would be a Cavs Town when we are right there! But nope, when the Indians are great - they talk about the Browns sucking, if the Cavs are great like now 95% of all talk on the radio and tv shows are Browns & Indians.

It is hard to get anything going when no one can catch the ball.. those passes and players are open when they are dropping them.

But I agree, he doesnt look very good. I just hope he doesnt keep him around because he is his boy.

- Pay Josh Cribbs already!!! The guy has us on the 35 yard line MOST of the time... if not he breaks it all the way. He gives us the only chance, he puts fear in other teams when he is on the field.

- Play Josh Cribbs at RB. Forget the WR stuff, let him see the field and put him back there with old slow Lewis.

- Better game plan by the coaches this week on offense. Not great, but better.

- The team is improving and they are trying.

- Now the Bad... NO ONE Can Catch the ball!

#1 PROBLEM with the Team.

If the ball hits you in the hands 7 - 15 times a game.

How can you generate a drive???

How can the Defense get a rest?

How can any QB look good??

Simple, easy, right in the hands passes...

#1 Problem..

The team is getting "slightly" better since the first few games, but you can't see that very well when simple passes keep hitting everyone in the hands.

NO ONE wants the guy, they can't even trade him. No one wants him! What does that tell you guys??? Sure he is built like a brick sh*t house... but he can't throw the ball 25 yards.

When you have guys on the team that drop 10+ easy balls a game with not much pressure, the last problem is the QB. Bring in anyone from any era. If that guy throws to a bunch of guys dropping easy passes, does it even matter?

Clear as day the problem is NO ONE can catch! Sure they will draft a QB in the 1st round next year. But even that guy isn't going to look good with a bunch of bums who can't catch.

I agree.. really Edwards is gone after this year and if he is a head case trade him for something. If we cant get anything for him cut him, who cares... we are only going to win maybe 7 games at best.

Outside of Terry Pluto and Windhorst, everyone else is almost unreadable. Bill Livingston's columns are boring and rarely have points. I refuse to read Bud Shaw after in 2005 he wrote an article on the Indians right before the final week of the season. After Sizemore lost a fly ball in the sun to lose a game, he wrote that it was an omen of a bad ending to the season. As you know, we went out, had a terrible last week, and missed the playoffs by 1 game. Why he wrote such a pessimistic article, I'll never know. I agree - we seem to have a bunch of people who aren't "reporters" they are people who think can walk through their jobs for 50 years and they dont look at their jobs as nothing more then like a factory worker.

Do you have to be a "Howard Stern" no! But maybe do your actual job and think about it everyday... right now its just a cakewalk job where they do nothing and pick up a paycheck.

Eric will give JL allot of the carries in the first couple games and slowly bring in Davis. But I think even from his words, he is only here to groom the young guy. They paid him, they will see if he improves during the first few games, but you will see the carries go 50/50 pretty quick.

If he is basically a coach for the young guys, great.. if he is a head case, he will be gone.

1. I like The Coach. He got a raw deal from the public and cleveland media... He isn't as bad or dry as they all wanted us to think. He seems like a fair guy, sometimes funny, but serious.

2. Start Quinn - live and die with the guy, we are going to suck anyways, lets see what we got. If he's terrible, great there is a ton of QB's in next years draft and we will be drafting high!

3. Trade Anderson, get whatever we can. Get a great player or a bunch of draft picks.

4. Find out what we got, as soon as we know for sure we will suck.. start playing everyone this year - This is something the Indians should have done!

5. I hope we bring back Jennings on the practice squad... a few of those guys looked pretty good. Who knows they were playing in the 4th quarter in the last preseason game. Thats why im not getting excited by anything we saw in any preseason game. We looked"ok" maybe "better" in some of the games - but most of that was against other teams 2nd string.

Use this year as a practice/preseason - lets see what we got & what we need... and just be honest with the public. We all will know within the first month or so of the season.
