I dont feel good about this win. A win is a win but Alex looked bad in the second half after proving that we could make your D look silly in the first. I cant wait until Kapernic gets in and punishes a team like the browns when they blitz every play. Alex had multiple chances to put the game away and he never capitalized....sigh

I care about this game so much more because I talked so much smack. I have alot of skin in this game and now every play that doesnt go our way I will cringe a little more. I will cheer a little louder and in the unlikely event we lose I will cry a little harder.

All the hyperbole aside I really hope that my team doesnt implode(worst fear of ALL fans experiencing new found success). I havent dreamed of a superbowl in my 23 yrs since 2002 playoff game(I was there). Im NOT saying publicly the niners are superbowl bound but I really REALLY want to hope. I want to dream of such success that the term "cinderella team" is thrown around unabashedly. I dont expect it. I doubt it very much but like any fan I just want to have a chance of going to the big game! And beating a Browns team in convincing fashion helps fan the flames of that dream. Heres to no injuries

The Browns D is tougher than you expect. Better than the Buccs, and even if they haven't played the best teams so far, they still will show up. This game will be close and I cant say that enough....you guys will not beat us to the point where you pull your starters in the 4th qtr...This isn't me saying we will win, but we will be competitive.

The Browns WILL NOT get their "ass kicked". If the Browns lose, it's in typical fashion, they beat themselves. I can see it being a close game unless Cleveland shoots themselves in the foot(which there is a good chance of that happening). The 49ers are overrated and it will show. Smith is NOT that good of a qb and Frank Gore is the reason why CLE may lose.

I understand homerism. Believe me, I do! I dont care that you think(really hope) that the Browns will win but I do care when you say our passing D blows! Our passing D is nothing spectacular but its not bad. Its pretty middle of the road. They dont allow the big play(see megatron against us) for the most part. They generate alot of turnovers. I grew up in the pea-soup fog of Pacifica and lived in Burlingame, Santa Clara and up in Sonoma County for 43 of my 45 years, so I know for a fact that the weather in the bay area SUCKS! Here we have 10 months of sunshine and 2 months of rain that we call winter.
There are only THREE GOOD THINGS about the bay area... the 49ers, sourdough bread & dungeoness crab. Everything else about the bay area and indeed the entire state, sucks harder than a black hole. In particular the culture.

The Texan ego is as big as the state, and no matter how much you point out to them that, uh, hey what about all this extremely terrible stuff, they will not listen. If you guys would just shut up about if for a while, the rest of us might like you a little more.
