The Browns got the best of this trade by a large margin in terms of value. Here is some empirical analysis to prove it:
The Julio Jones trade and the RG3 trades were completely lopsided in favor of the teams trading down. In fact, they were two of the worst trades in draft history. Now, if you want to argue that the Browns did not use the picks to draft wisely, I might listen. That being said, I will take Taylor, Little, Weeden, and the 4th rounder every time over Julio Jones. His team did not even win Sunday. Go ask Lions (or Patriots for that matter) fans how important a flashy number one receiver- or two in this case- is.
