I've posted on boards from the Vikings, the Packers, the Redskins, the Raiders, and the Eagles. In every case, I kept the post about football, as I've done here, and the fans of those boards responded in kind. They showed class.
First time for everything, I guess. It took a visit to a Browns board to find rude no-class fans.
Yes, there are alot asses here. We are terrible fans because not only dose the team sinks but the whole organization stinks. We can hope with new owner, that the oraganization will become better and the team becomes better and the fans become better.

Vickers was the Heart of our Offense. There hasn't been an EMOTIONAL leader on the offense since. Maybe Trent takes on that roll on but I still haven't seen the Heart that Vickers brought.. even though FB is not a glory position "he" still inspired those around him by him attitude and demeanor.

Vicker's was one the betters players for the browns ,during times which there wasn't many.
I was a teenager when the browns lost to denver 3x in the afc championship. There was a rivaly. That went beyound 2 teams that where just good at the time. Till this day I never root for Denver.
I think, that in order for there to be a rivaly, teams have to have some kind of bragging rights. There are bragging rights in PA and there may be bragging rights in MA. But there is NO bragging rights in OH. Untill the browns can compete on a regular basis, no one in there right mind is gonna put any stock a browns/ steeler rivaly.
I dont think he should not have come back. My only reason is because of holmgren. Their two styles of football dont mesh. I think if our president was the tuna, than mangini would still be here and we would have a better.
I don't like that we as fans appoint saviors of our football team, before they actually save the team. I not gonna thank or praise Holgram or any one else untll our team is a winner that other teams have to worry about. I tired of getting excited over a coach or GM who is gonna turn the team around and never see it happen.
One thing I've learned in life is consistancy. I hate the fact the mangini was fired. Since I've started watching the browns, I seen 8 head coaches come and go, 10 if you count interum coaches. That many coaches is a sign of inconsistancy. How can any team win, with that kind of turnover at leadership. The browns will never win, if they keep changing coaches. So, to all the fans that wanted Mangini fired. You got want you wanted. Along with another 2 yrs of guaranteed losing.

The offence cant be any worse than they were last year. Can they? Of course they can. However, I dont think they will be. In fact I predict they will be a suprise to most everyone. Jake had only one bad year. Dont throw him on the garbage heap yet. He is a far more stable element at the QB position than we had last year. I'm happier to be in our postion than a Cardinals fan.

Its one thing to have a bad team lose and still charge full price, it another for a good team to charge full price and not try at all.

i feel basicly the same way you do cleveland fan for life. I started out hating EM, RL, and at one point the team to change the name and colors, so i wouldnt have to see them drag the name cleveland browns through the mud anymore. but with the way the team responded the last 4 weeks, it changed my mind. The team was playing as a team.
i dont like his show. he opions are cookie cutter. he always talks about the most obvious. he never gives a new or different insight for the current topic of the day.
Here comes the colts once again. They will rest there starter, because they are secure in thier playoff postion. I understand they want to save there starter for the playoffs. But, it just bites my ass when they expect there fans to pay the same amount of money to watch the the scrubs pay when there is nothing wrong with there starters.

I from alliance. so Ive known about the purple raiders for some time. that program deserves all the credit. In their division there are no scholorships for football. so its quit impressive that they have been good for such a long time. If talent levels were equal among the divisions than Mount Union is the best program in the nation.
Defence is a hard one to figure out. I'm not real sure where to start. It would be nice to have a leader. I'm not sure who that is. The defence has played better than the offence. If the offence could stay on the field and let the defence rest. I think the play on defence would improve. It would have to improve cause they wouldn't be tired.
I think we are closer to having a good run game than a good passing game.
